Lauren Rebrovich is part of the class of 2028. After undergrad, Lauren worked in the state capitol doing public policy. Then she worked at a non-profit advocacy organization doing statewide advocacy for affordable housing and homelessness. During her public policy career, she started volunteering at prisons and jails in Northern California. Through these experiences, Lauren felt called to become an advocate for people in prison and in jail awaiting trial. Lauren came to law school to become a public defender, reform prison conditions, and to one day do post-conviction work. Lauren ran for LSA as a 1L and 2L because she finds joy serving her community and being a voice for the needs of the student body. In her free time Lauren loves to bike, read, hangout with her cats and tortoise, and most importantly, go camping in beautiful places!
