Funding requests must be submitted no later than 12pm Noon on Tuesday of the week before the event to be voted on at the LSA meeting.
All Requests must be voted on and approved by LSA ahead of the event to ensure funding.
If you are purchasing from multiple businesses, or multi-day culture week, please complete an itemized budget for each.
If you plan to sign vendor contract agreements with outside vendors, please contact Accounting asap with the contract before signing it.
